Used to be a fan until a number of years ago when they changed the formula of their white musk perfume. Was a buyer for over 15+ years, there was no doubt in the change of scent. Shameful they denied denied denied instead of admitting the change. Otherwise, their products are good. Still have some brushes from 20+ years ago that are still amazing and some of my favorite!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. She directed me to exactly what i asked for. I do wish the company still made the hazelnut body butter. I miss that one, but what can ya do. I had a great experience in store.

Had great service today and saved money on buying a reusable container for some body wash. Only flaw is the point card we could not use because of the bankruptcy thing. Just wanted my points!! LoL But besides that, all is good!!

It was my first time visiting The Body Shop in the New Sudbury Shopping centre, the store was elegant , clean and a pleasure to enter and find great multi product buys. The staff acknowledged and assisted me right away and went out of there way to assist me with specific treasures at excellent deal pricing. This store is perfect for anyone looking for the perfect gift with excellent pricing and loaded with selections. Thank you staff and The body shop for making my first experience one to remember and to return.

Krina helped me and my husband yesterday find some small gifts to send back home to Jamaica for our family, plus we snagged a few things for ourselves as well. Thanks so much for taking the time to help us shop around! We will definitely be back 🙂 I think I'm hooked now!
