The staff were so friendly and helpful. She directed me to exactly what i asked for. I do wish the company still made the hazelnut body butter. I miss that one, but what can ya do. I had a great experience in store.
Had great service today and saved money on buying a reusable container for some body wash. Only flaw is the point card we could not use because of the bankruptcy thing. Just wanted my points!! LoL But besides that, all is good!!
It was my first time visiting The Body Shop in the New Sudbury Shopping centre, the store was elegant , clean and a pleasure to enter and find great multi product buys. The staff acknowledged and assisted me right away and went out of there way to assist me with specific treasures at excellent deal pricing. This store is perfect for anyone looking for the perfect gift with excellent pricing and loaded with selections. Thank you staff and The body shop for making my first experience one to remember and to return.

Amazing products and there’s this one worker, she was an exceptional store clerk!!!! Had all kinds of info about products that I asked about. Her name was Brianna and thanks to her, I’m a Body Shop shopper till that day of encounter :). Beautiful and really good products coming, so there’s always something to buy at this store.
