Great service. Amazing team. Helped me picked the things, packed it all, offered me the best options and also walked me out of the store. Such care for a not so regular customer... hats off to the service provider little Brooke & Alexa.
I signed up for rewards last month and was told that I’d receive a $10 coupon on my birthday. When I went to the store, specifically to use my coupon(which previously only required my phone number), I was told that I needed the code that was sent to my email. I never received an email. Then I was asked: Well, did you enter your birthday”? I was not made aware that that was necessary (another email that I did not receive). Used to be a fan until a number of years back when they changed the formula of their white musk perfume and have never admitted to it. Was a buyer for over 20 years - the change very noticeable. Otherwise, their products are good. Still have some brushes from 20+ years ago that arel amazing and some of my favorite!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. She directed me to exactly what i asked for. I do wish the company still made the hazelnut body butter. I miss that one, but what can ya do. I had a great experience in store.
