The staff is so friendly and helpful. The edleweiss and tea tree products are very effective. Canadian businesses always get my shopping dollars and Body Shop delivers top-notch products at a fair price.
Customer service was horribly rude and refused to even discuss product recommendation without the person I was purchasing for coming in for a consultation.
Great Service
I was helped by team lead Zeek yesterday, on Nov. 9th 2024. Super helpful! Was incredibly patient with my loopy, sleep-deprived self, and recommended great products for me to use! 10/10, would come back just to hang out with Zeek!
