I was helped by team lead Zeek yesterday, on Nov. 9th 2024. Super helpful! Was incredibly patient with my loopy, sleep-deprived self, and recommended great products for me to use! 10/10, would come back just to hang out with Zeek!
The Body Shop would not accept our $100 gift card in store today.
Unfortunately The Body Shop has chosen to discontinue their line of body & hair oils (Spa of the World - Polynesian Monoi Radiance Oil was a favourite - great product and smelled very nice). I think this is a huge fail on the part of The Body Shop, and they don’t seem to have anything even close to suitable to replace it. My wife and I are very disappointed. I’m hoping management sees this review and considers bringing it back.
