My friend Rick Bayardi has been helping people accomplish their fitness goals for many years now. So good to see what he has been able to do from the humble beginnings at "The Body Shop" in Yorkville, Ohio. Rick is awesome!!!! He will help you with anything. Nice small town atmosphere.... He knows everyone's name... And if he sees me coming, he has my drink (turbo tea) waiting on the counter

Had the pleasure of training here while out of town. Great old school atmosphere. Rick was quick to introduce himself and make sure I felt at home. Hope I get to come back sometime soon.
