When they finished my BMW the interior was filthy. My tires were white from all the dust. They also returned my car to me with a rip in the tire. I complained to my insurance company about the results, they had me take my car back to get a new tire. With my 9 year old in tow, I went back to get my tire replaced and the manager confronted me about the complaint and said I was an exaggerator and a rotten lady.
