I just love this gym especially their group workout on Saturday morning. Trainer David really know how to keep us motivated and show us how to get a good form when excercing. I also tried their meal planning. It was delivered to my house and it was delicious!
Dave is the best! No pushy drill sargent tactics but he will push you to be better. Great price, affordable, and just a stand up guy. This is my second time doing his 3-month program and it is well worth the money, your time, and effort.
