Great yoga class and Reiki treatment yesterday. Fabulous day! This place has so much to offer.
after a spiritually moving & invigorating yoga class led by jennifer kraft at the body image boutique i went for my first reiki session and came out feeling so calm yet recharged. the body image boutique is an excellent place to take belly dancing, practice yoga and in general feel supported and renewed!

Just had an incredible experience at BIB- I brought a group of 12 high school seniors transitioning to college next year for a yoga class. Jen, the instructor, made everyone feel welcome as soon as we walked in. The space is beautiful, the class was great, and we all walked away with a great sense about how to handle all the stresses that face us on a daily basis. Beautiful atmosphere and lucky to have it so close to home! They have many practitioners who specialize in different healing services. The sound healing / yin yoga class with Lynda and Jason is the most amazing experience. I highly recommend it. I've also had reiki done by Lynda and she really helped me out. Can't wait to visit again! (:

Took my daughter here for a Reiki session with Toni and my daughter loved it. Can't wait to bring her back and get some Reiki for myself! Beautiful place, soothing and very clean. Toni is a beautiful soul and the staff is super friendly. Definitely would recommend.
Amy was a fabulous and talented teacher.
