I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's belly dancing class . Lisa's class is a fun, great low impact workout that goes quickly and she's a great instructor that's makes it easy. It was a treat after a busy day. I look forward to the next class

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the yoga classes The Body Image Boutique, esp Sundays with Cooper Rego, a football and track coach St Joseph High School whose approach and style is so therapeutic. I literally leave class feeling like a new person - refreshed, centered, elongated and healthier! The level of attention to form and mental well being during all the classes I have taken is really impressive. I cannot imagine practicing yoga anywhere else!
The Body Image Boutique is amazing !!! The energy and vibe is contagious. All of the practitioners are so passionate, the classes are so welcoming..as a new yogi I was so comfortable. And, I had a massage with Alexander and I have to honestly say it was the BEST massage I have ever had. I am so glad I found BIB !!

Elisabeths kundalini class is absolutely fantastic. She is a wonderful teacher and I highly recommend that anyone looking to expand their spiritual/yoga practice to take her classes!
