Was excellent until it wasn’t. Always tipped handsomely, so I know that was never an issue. Explored new things with new variations of highlighting, mixed with personal feelings of insecurity up until my hair was cut and styled to comfort and greatness. Only mistake is expressing anything without them taking it personal.
