If I could put -0 stars I would. In town for a meeting and NOTHING about the website depicts what they serve. The menu states one price and they charge you a higher price. The food was terrible and the service was just as bad. NOT recommended at all
I recently placed my first order with The Boca Cafe & Catering Services and was very impressed with the overall experience. They were highly accommodating with my special requests and handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. The food quality and service exceeded my expectations, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. As a first-time customer, I felt well taken care of and will certainly be ordering from them again in the future. I would confidently recommend their services to others.
I was really disappointed with my visit here. The $5.50 coffee was weak, slightly burnt, and seemed to be made with low-quality beans, definitely not what I would expect in Boca Raton. On top of that, the atmosphere was unpleasant: noisy, and overall uninviting. For Boca standards, this place really misses the mark.
Whoever did their website and pictures is a genius. This place is nothing like it advertises. I went for a caramel latte paid almost 7 bucks and left with flavored milk. So gross. When I ordered it she looked at me like she had no idea what to do and apparently she didn't. Not very welcoming either, neither one of them acknowledged me when I came in and I was the only one there. Definitely won't go there again.
