Kenna is wonderful. If you want to slow down for a moment, catch your breath and feel all pampered? Go see Kenna. I have gone to her for 5+ years. I've always walked back into reality feeling and looking amazing. 90 percent of the time I just let her do her thing, meaning I dont stress about what I want my style or color ro look like - she uses her creativity and knowledge to make my hair so color & cut stylish, fun and healthy.
The staff were nice and everything seemed very thorough. For context, I came in waiting my hair to be dyed purple, which involved a bleach. I had light brunette hair, so nothing crazy. My hairstyles gave me an estimate of $300 max. I went in, the consultation went fine, though she never reached out to tell me about the test strand like she said. This place sucks charge way to much I went and got my roots touched up i was supposed to come out blonde and I came out with some ugly honey blonde. They also cut my hair way to short I will never go to this place again I paid for a level 4 person and I was completely unsatisfied with how my hair turned out. If I were you I would not waste my money here
