I have been going to Tracy for my hair since before the Bob salon was a thing. She has always been so amazing at meeting my hair care needs. She is amazing at getting you scheduled and keeping apmts in a timely manner, she gives the absolute best head massages and she has always been open about any pricing changes throughout the years. I've been getting my hair done at The BOB Salon since Sept. 2021, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Tracy is an incredible stylist. In the last 5 years she's has given me a whole head of bright blonde highlights that blended beautifully, installed multiple sets of extensions, taken me back to my natural hair color seamlessly, and everything in between.
