great place, friendly staff, great sunset views...good wine.. salmon too mustardy but the calamari was outta sight!!
Did not serve food to our friends who had come to see our band bc they said they were overwhelmed. Did not pay the band appropriately.
The Boathouse is so awesome. I'm a burger person and the boathouse burger is the best I've ever had. Chicken Wings were so good too. Big chicken and so tasty. The service was great too, very nice waiter and waitresses. Never had an empty bottle of beer, which is very important. Man this place is my kind of place. Can't wait to get back there.

Had baked clams and a lobster roll for lunch along with some Sam Adams Summer Ale. Perfect day, great food and our server Brian was fantastic!
My husband and I enjoyed a pleasant evening sitting out by the river listening to the band, having a few drinks, talking with friends and just relaxing.
Despite the fact that NY passed a law in 2017 and despite the fact that we were the ONLY patrons sitting in the outdoor seating, this restaurant owner decided that our choice was to leave our dog in the car on this sweltering 90 degree day or take our business elsewhere. Really? A dead empty restaurant that we have set there 20 times before with the dog and you would choose to not take our $150 for lunch - so we took our business elsewhere. Decent place but view of the Hudson somewhat obscured by the parking lot. Food was ok, although the awful sauce (aioli?) on the clam strips was a disappointment, as was the overtoasted roll. Tartar sauce was all that was needed. Maybe put the other on the side too. Also, service was pretty slow.
