Can't honor their word for time frame on repairs, makes excuses about how other clients are a higher priority and doesn't have the time to fix my boat even after a promised finish date, doesn't keep in touch. Had to take my boat to another vendor to have repairs perfomed due to their inability to keep their word.
I was charged a diagnostic fee even though they couldn’t diagnose the problem or fix my boat. I was then stuck with having to pay another shop another diagnostic fee to work on my boat. I should have never been charged a fee for something they couldn’t even figure out! What a rip off shop
Great experience with the Boat DR! Top notch service, great job and extremely helpful. Had my new Lowrance installed at the bow of my bass boat. Install was complete same day in a couple of hours.
