We worked with Abbie Reaves on the purchase of a condo in the Clear Lake/Kemah area. She was nothing short of amazing. Although we were several states and a time zone away, she helped us feel like we were here in person. She took pictures and videos so we could see the house, and pointed out things worth noticing. I had a great experience with The Bly Ream. Miss Melinda came into the home to be sold with a smile and confidence. Miss Melinda was referred to me by word of mouth. Was told she is very efficient. Took a look at home, knew the price to go for. Sale happened very fast. Also got $10,000.00 more than asking price. Miss Melinda was there through it all, answering questions, and asking questions when something came up. It was a pleasure working with her. Recommend the Bly Team experience.
