Ryan, the leasing specialist, was amazing! He handled my whole move-in process quickly and made everything super easy. He was professional, helpful, and really on top of things. I appreciate him so much!
Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. We’ve been dealing with Ryan in the office at the BLVD at White Springs and he has been wonderful. He is attentive and listens to your needs and wants and makes sure you’re happy with the apartments you’re considering. It’s been a really pleasant experience so far and we’re excited to move in!
Ever since we moved in we have dealt with water damage and poor maintenance…. Often have had maintenance tickets on my door with no information as to why they have entered or any explanation as to what is next moving forward. Terrible communication and terrible maintenance.
I am incredibly, incredibly frustrated because of this management company’s lack of communication and lack of honesty. They act as if they don’t care about your true concerns. They are extremely poor communicators. They very rarely follow up with any residential concerns, even if it is emergent. I love my apartment. I truly felt at home when I first moved there, but for nearly the last two years the incidents of water issues have increased significantly and I feel as if people don’t give a damn about how I feel when I call.
