Horrible place. I began living there May of 2019 and stayed until 15 March 2025. There were three different Management companies that left and took over in that time. The last one refused to renew my lease. A single female was living in the apartment under me. She played excessively loud music with extremely heavy bass constantly. The leasing office was notified multiple times, in a polite and courtesy manner. They did nothing and were unprofessional in their unresponsiveness. So law enforcement was notified. Would’ve had a better experience if the people in the leasing office were all on the same page. A pet peeve is when one person says one thing and you apply based on what was told to you, but if you call and talk to someone else it’s a different story. Waste of time and application fees.
Going to be a long long year, regretfully. I’ve been here for about a month and when I say take heed to the reviews regarding the choice of floors, I Wish I Listened!! Was interested in 1st or 3rd whichever opened up first. I should’ve waited for 3rd floor but liked the accessibility of the 1st flr.
