I recently toured the community, and Tasha was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, detailed, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She showed us two different units and really helped us get a feel for the community. We are hoping for a specific floor plan, and what has impressed me most is how consistently she checks in with us every week to provide updates. Chris was prompt to come and handle a leak coming from upstairs. The only thing I wish he would have done further is to test the ceiling and surrounding drywall for mold or additional moisture buildup.
Tasha has been great to work with and has made the transition of moving in as smooth as it can be.
They updated their resident portal and now they are charging fees no matter how residents pay
