Tamera is truly amazing and the most helpful person I have ever met. Katy on the other hand feels the need to make me feel guilty for being confused about certain polices. Someone’s first time getting their own apartment is stressful and comes with questions. Asking for clarification shouldn’t be a good enough reason for over explaining, attitude or hanging up on me because I said “okay”. The Blvd at Anson is peaceful, beautiful, and has great amenities. A big shoutout to Tamara. She was professional, detailed, patient, and funny! She made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I’ve never toured and made a decision so quickly, but she made it easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this community!
Tamara was very friendly, knowledgeable, with a quick grasp on what we were looking for and show us the model apartment.
I’m so thankful for our maintenance team. I put in a request for help with my AC late in the morning via the app. And they worked past their cut off time that evening to make sure it was fixed. Thank you Blvd Team!!
