We moved into this apartment with a bunch of issues and now this new management from Bell and maintenance crew including Alvaro has helped so much. Fixing doors and lights the other management didn’t do. They resolved the package issues for us. They try their best to keep the hallways clean. They changed the valet trash people to a new company that actually does their job. Seeing improvements every day. Updating our review. We really liked the management, but now, we live by the pool and they no longer enforce the pool hours. People are out way past closing time being loud. We have to call the courtesy officer every time now. Management sent one notification out at the beginning of summer and will not send another. Not everyone works week day jobs only. Also, people are now showing up with their speakers and loud music and playing it so loud at the pool that it interferes with your work if you work remotely. This used to ne... read more
Stayed here for a year from 2024-2025 July. What I liked about the community: 1. My apartment was good and there were no issues with any pests 2. The location is great. 3. Brayden, Alyssa and Daniel from management were pretty professional and decent to interact with when any issues arose. 4. Maintenance requests were resolved promptly. 5. The community felt quite safe when I was there and most of the neighbours I ran into were decent people. I have been a resident at The BLVD for a year now and cannot wait to leave. The management changed in Fall 2024, and everything has gone downhill since. First off, the towing company used will tow or boot your car regardless of whether it is registered. About 90% of the parking spots are covered and require a fee to use (shocker), but when you try to apply for one, you’ll be placed on a waitlist for several months.
