I'm going to start off by saying this place at the start of my lease was great, the people in the front office are very sweet, and the amentities are nice. But I will be completely honest, if you are someone who likes having friends over or don't have enough flexibility in your budget to pay for a parking space or garage I do NOT recommend this place at all. Phenomenal community management and great execution of renovations this year. Amazing property and community.
This is the worst place I have ever lived at. Living near the pool is absolutely terrible. “Quiet hours” aren’t so quiet. If you report any noise, they want YOU to identify who it was. Don’t yall have cameras? In addition; smoke alarms and other alarms - going off throughout the night, NON STOP. You let the apt know, they basically tell you that they didn’t have any other reports so they don’t do anything.
