Phenomenal community management and great execution of renovations this year. Amazing property and community.
This is the worst place I have ever lived at. Living near the pool is absolutely terrible. “Quiet hours” aren’t so quiet. If you report any noise, they want YOU to identify who it was. Don’t yall have cameras? In addition; smoke alarms and other alarms - going off throughout the night, NON STOP. You let the apt know, they basically tell you that they didn’t have any other reports so they don’t do anything. I hope you have the best time trying to find a parking spot ;) I was towed 3 times and booted twice. Demanded a refund since I had no place to park for an appt i was paying $2500/ month for. Never got a refund or any help at all. Absolute worst experience i have ever had
Quiero reconocer y agradecer a Yosbany por su excelente actitud y amabilidad. Hoy me vio cuando estaba bajando los mandados de mi carro y, sin que yo se lo pidiera, se acercó para ayudarme.
