I have lived at The Blvd for several years now. The current ownership is doing a very nice job. They are very responsive and helpful. All staff I have encountered have been very courteous and efficient. Special shout outs to Brayden the Asst Mgr who always helps me with requests and suggestions. Alyssa has also been especially helpful with general questions and package retrieval!!
I have lived here for a year and just signed for another year. Alyssa and the office team are great!
If only a few sentences can describe how important Jose is to the BLVD community. Called upon twice and has been a savior. The best of the best. Thanks Jose for your service and making my home a better place.
Daniel is an outstanding professional mgr. Staff is helpful. Maintenance wonderful, especially the older gentleman. They take great care of the apartments. Give back to the community. My apartment is beautiful. 6 out of 5
I love this apartment complex! I have to admit this may be by far the most put together apartment I have ever stayed. The maintenance staff is very friendly and super helpful, they keep the lawns mowed once a week and do regular maintenance cleaning. I'd recommend 10/10
