The move-in process was smooth thanks to Alyssa, who was super helpful throughout. Alvaro from maintenance has also been great—quick and efficient with any fixes we needed. So far, everything’s been great!
New to this community, but I will say from my first interactions with the leasing agents to in person showing and leasing it was always a pleasant experience. work orders to the maintenance staff have always been resolve in a timely matter and they are very nice and friendly. If I ever have a concern Braden at the leasing office has always been available to help and very professional! He did explain that they are a new management team and so far I’ve seen how they are positively improving this community. Let’s keep it nice
Alvaro has been super helpful and caring about the concerns of us residents here! Kudos to him for elevating the experience and making sure we our maintainence issues are taken care of with proactive actions
