I am fully aware of the conditions I lived in, and I have photo and video evidence of active mold, roach activity, and unsanitary common areas. If needed, I can provide every image and timestamp. Stating that vendors “found no active mold issues” does not change the fact that mold was visible and repeatedly reported. I lived in these apartments for about six months, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The entire property has severe mold issues, not just in the units but also throughout the hallways and common areas. Even after reporting the mold multiple times, nothing meaningful was done to fix it. The complex is also infested with roaches. They’re in the units, the laundry room, and even the hallways.
