I was moved into A209 in April of 2024 And was never told that this place is infested with cockroaches, there are full cycles of life here and upon telling the leasing office I was told “it’s to be expected” I felt highly disrespected and the fact that the staff knew about the roaches and told me I should expect this was highly unprofessional behavior, I pay $2000 plus utilities, they told me that I would have free washer and dry by being in this unit, the washers don’t work and never have since I moved in they don’t do the ... read more
They have roaches and they don’t care to actually exterminate them they sell units and don’t tell people about their infestation, don’t move here save yourself the trouble, plus the unit are run down and shitty You’ll have roaches in your food and all in your belongings
They have a horrible infestation we found about 40+ eggs in our unit and they still haven’t taken ownership to contain the roaches I’ve expressed to them many time that there is a huge infestation there are babies everywhere young ones and pregnant adults and they keep calling it a “light infestation” they won’t pay for a real extermination they only pay for a inspection treatment when they lay down gel bate sticky pads and lose powder they do not have the technicians come to fumigate the apartments, I’ve been here for a ful... read more
this place got mad roaches in they units
Worst place i ever lived the fire alarm is constantly going off in the middle of the night and waking me and my roommate up. The fire department is over constantly answering to false fire reports because people just pull the fire alarms for fun. There's piss and shit in the hallway on your way to the apartment bc each unit only has one bathroom and so when couples would get into fights I'd come home to the man downstairs kicked out and drunk on the stairs and he'd be pissing in the entrance.
