Steer clear incredibly incompetent staff. Had to terminate our lease early due to a cross country move. Communicated with Jacob in the office of this 3 months in advance. We submitted the notice to vacate as instructed and terminated our lease, or so we were told by office staff. If you work from home, do not move here. There is constantly children screaming outside or maintenance doing things outside during all hours of the day. It's somewhat nice to have a management team that's hands-off, except when it comes to something that needs managing such as this. Also, good luck if you ever need something fixed in your apartment. It will take them weeks to even acknowledge you and you will have to reach out multiple times to get things fixed. Not sure if it's all buildings, but my building has lost water ... read more

I was looking for an apartment around the area, and I was recommended to checkout The Bluffs. Ever since I moved in, Amanda and Jacob have been amazing in lending me all the help I needed. Whenever something with maintenance comes up, they are on top of it. Professionals with busy schedules but always make time for their tenants and their well-being. Thank you Amanda and Jake! Also, I have a beautiful unit and I couldn't have thanked them more for it. Definitely recommend.

I lived here for 4 years. Management always pretty much sucked. Neighbors were horrible. Always immature residents throwing parties until early hours of the morning. Management gave them “warnings” which did nothing. Ended up feeling forced to leave earlier than my move out date due to the above neighbor partying all night and puking on my patio. Felt super uncomfortable and unsafe. It took them 26 days to mail my deposit back, which obviously CA law is 21 days. I also had to call and ask them about it multiple times before ... read more

I'd like to share my story for anybody interested in moving here. First, when I moved into the apartment, surface level it looked good. However, shortly after going through the apartment I noticed large areas of wax stains and crust all over the master bedroom. The first day I moved in I brought this issue up to management- Irene and Daisy- and they stated they would have it cleaned again. Needless to say, after a few carpet cleans it never came out and I was told they were not going to replace the carpet nor clean it again.... read more
