I was looking for an apartment around the area, and I was recommended to checkout The Bluffs. Ever since I moved in, Amanda and Jacob have been amazing in lending me all the help I needed. Whenever something with maintenance comes up, they are on top of it. Professionals with busy schedules but always make time for their tenants and their well-being. Thank you Amanda and Jake! Also, I have a beautiful unit and I couldn't have thanked them more for it. Definitely recommend.

I lived here for 4 years. Management always pretty much sucked. Neighbors were horrible. Always immature residents throwing parties until early hours of the morning. Management gave them “warnings” which did nothing. Ended up feeling forced to leave earlier than my move out date due to the above neighbor partying all night and puking on my patio. Felt super uncomfortable and unsafe. It took them 26 days to mail my deposit back, which obviously CA law is 21 days. I also had to call and ask them about it multiple times before ... read more

I'd like to share my story for anybody interested in moving here. First, when I moved into the apartment, surface level it looked good. However, shortly after going through the apartment I noticed large areas of wax stains and crust all over the master bedroom. The first day I moved in I brought this issue up to management- Irene and Daisy- and they stated they would have it cleaned again. If you are reading this while apartment hunting, be forewarned: the language in the community rules is vague and misleading. There is no smoking allowed within 20 feet of the buildings BUT!!! you can smoke inside with absolutely zero penalty, even if the secondhand smoke spreads into other units and destroys yours!!!!!! If you're a cigarette smoker, this is definitely the place for you! Horrible place to live - made possible by the Manager, Lisa. I moved here June of ‘22 with my family. Days after arriving we were warned about the management, or lack there of, and preferential treatment to long time residents. We were woken each morning when the neighbors were feeding the crows, harassed by the same Neigbor (Sonja #121), when we reported this nothing was done.
