Good staff very helpful nice place
4 year resident, no problems. But I've always followed the rules and treated the office with respect. It's an older building, and there are no balconies/patios, but it's quiet, secure and comfortable. Living with people will always have its issues, but I'd say the bluffs is a better living experience than most of the newer constructions apartments I've worked maintenance for. It's rare for there to be vacant units, but I'd definitely get on the waiting list if you want somewhere decent to live.
Affordable living, with the added benefit of a front office AND maintenance team that genuinely cares. They can't do everything, but they do make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible. The front office manager knows all the tenants, and their pets, by name. I'm a prior service member and I've lived in several states in several apartments, the bluffs is the ONLY place I could genuinely consider a community. The staff helped me in a really hard time of my life, I will never forget that. The apartment was also very cozy.
