Recently went in and I had the pleasure to speak to Ashely she was very helpful, very informative she definitely made this experience a lot better and less stressful since looking for an apartment can be so stressful. Whenever you go in look for Ashely 10/10 help !!
I wish they would hire two supers for each building. I don’t think it’s fair having one person to manage the building and esspically since the super can’t always be there due to vacations time off and sleeping hours. People can have emergencies all through the day. Currently locked out my apartment because my lock is stuck and can’t even get in cuz my super is away on vacay for about a week. Where do yall expect people to stay??
I have very bad experience with Bluestone management from the day one. After they had received bank check from me, they did misbehave with me. As I already invested my time I ignored it because of my other urgent occupations. Now I am suffering from heat problem. They did not do maintenance the apartment for a new tenant. Every day I am suffering heating problem. Once they fixed it. Now again there's no heat amidst this very cold weather.
