I had the most wonderful time. Me and my boyfriend came up. He had never been. He loved all the old instruments in the museum. Then we listened to Sugarloaf Mountain Band. Within a few minutes he jumped in and started picking with them. We had a wonderful time and will be back
Wonderful music, flat foot dancing and the museum was awesome. Plan on it taking you 2 hours if you want to experience the whole museum. Music....up to 4 hours of listening.
Loved sitting out on the breezeway and listening to the music. And learning about the history of bluegrass music was very cool. So interesting to see how cultures from completely different parts of the globe could merge so perfectly. Hope we get a chance to come back for one of the outdoor music festivals.
It's a wonderful venue, nestled in a beautiful place!!! Lots of great bands perform and the interactive displays are very informative!
We have really enjoyed ALL the shows that we have attended. The backdrop is spectacular! If you are just driving by on the Parkway you should still stop and walk through the museum.
Beautiful venue!! Music was great!! All around happiness going on there!!!
