Only one word. Phenomenal. i have been seen by Deirdre for about 2 years she has helped me grow in so many aspects. I am around a lot of people that do “therapy” but yet tell me therapy doesn’t work because they feel like their therapist is just their friend. I am living proof that you can have a therapist that actually helps you through therapy and work on yourself. She is extremely knowledgeable and is the very best at what she does !
