We decided to try Blue Heron when our first choice was too busy. What a unique find, our food was plentiful, fresh and delicious. The waitress was personable and the atmosphere was much more elegant then the exterior. We WILL be back 💕

I agree the outside lol...(we don't own the building) but the inside I have poured my heart into. Along with serving great food and providing great service. Look forward to seeing y'all again.
Awesome atmosphere overlooking the beach on the outdoor patio, and even better food! On our long weekend in Flagler, we went here twice - once for breakfast (eggs benedict and the frenchie are GREAT), and again for dinner. Fried green tomatoes for an app (the remoulade was excellent), and fettuccine carbonara for the main course - every bite was full of flavor and delicious!
Great food, service and ocean view. Our waitress was chef's wife and very gracious and friendly. I had the chicken parmigiana and my friend had the gumbo. We both would recommend stopping and checking for yourselves. *****
I took a trip to Saint Augustine this past fall with our daughter, Reese. We visited Flagler College, Valdosta University, and drove down the coast a bit for discovery. The Blue Heron Beachfront Bistro is a little gem. I can honestly say that is was by far the freshest, most well prepared meal we had all week. Great food but the people tending the bar and some local patrons had a very loud conversation.
Excellent food and service. And wine too. They're vegan friendly, so be sure to ask. If I lived in town, I'd be here a lot!
