Signage: Next to non existent. Quite unprofessional. In familiar with this area. The 2 on the door was noticable, however place looked deserted. NO signs indicating Blue Hen Surgery until walk up to Windows and there is a 8.5 x 11 peice of paper on either side of the glass doors say Blue Hen Surgery. Once signed in, was asked to verify insurance information. Had to ask for cards back. Wasn't told copies still had not been made. The patient had to take thiback out of her wallet.
