We went to blue fish for dinner tonight. First off, if you are not a regular at the bar, you better prepare to wait. We got the mussels and oysters and they were so sandy we couldn't eat them. We then got the whole snapper and it was completely raw. Finally a server was walking by and she spilled balsamic vinegar all over my fiancé. No one came out and said anything about all the issues we had. Very disappointing.
Phenomenal food. Very fresh and tasty. Everything cooked to perfection. The ambience is incredible. Right on the water with outdoor and indoor seating. Fast friendly service. Will be going back again soon

Excellent!!! The service, the food incredible :) we went on saturday, unfortunately we live in montreal so we can't get to go there again soon! We would recommend it to any of our friends visiting Jacksonville!!!
We went there for lunch yesterday. The oysters are listed as $7.00 for half dozen which is already overpriced. When we ordered we weren't told that the different oysters are different prices. The oysters we ordered were $18 for half dozen so our bill was much more than we anticipated!!!! Do not go to this place!
Had dinner here while on a layover in Jacksonville with a long time friend. We sat outside and had a delightful time and meal. Bathe service was attentive but not oppressive. The food was wonderful! The fish was cooked perfectly and the meal was only surpassed by the company.
