Meet the Manager Sohors T. Manager Sohors is the oldest sibling in the Tek family, and has been helping Soden as manager from Day One. A real "people person," Sohors is a welcome sight for sore eyes and hungry stomachs! Sohors holds an MBA in Finance from Salve Regina University. The success of the family's first restaurant in Avon - The Elephant Trail - gave the foundation needed to open a second restaurant just steps from Blue Back Square. The Blue Elephant Trail restaurant first opened its doors in 2010.

Waiter was nice and attentive. The food unfortunately had zero flavor , I was very disappointed.
I had lunch at Blue Elephant today and ordered their Drunken Noodles. The dish was full of flavor, perfectly spiced, and very satisfying. The noodles had just the right texture, and the portion was generous. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to when I’m craving authentic, tasty Thai food!
The food is excellent and the service is always absolutely lovely!
