I've been going to Blue Dahlia for close to a year now. I love Julianna, she is amazing, has a great understanding of hair and color. My hair looks stronger and healthy and I always look forward to my appointments with her.
WARNING: Horrible. I specifically told my stylist what I wanted and even presented a picture of a woman with large flowing curls. What I got was a poodle perm. When I went back to speak with the owner she got a huge attitude with me and told me to leave. I now have to cut my long hair before I can be seen in public. You want no part of that place.
