My son and his family took me to the Blue Crab for my birthday dinner last night. It was my first visit. Love the atmosphere. Called in ahead so there was no wait. Food was delicious, I had the chargrilled oysters and cheese grits. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Also nice was the view of the yacht club

Visited today and couldn't be happier with this restaurant. Nice atmosphere on the patio over the water. I had the shrimp plate and crab corn chowder, my husband had gumbo and bbq shrimp and grits. All the food was outstanding, and very generous portions. The server, who was also the bartender, was exteremly friendly and attentive. Prices not bad, especially compared to others I've seen in NoLa. Highly recommended!

Raw oysters, gumbo were good. Shrimp scampi and pasta also. Service and scenery were very good. Parking is an issue.
Our waitress Sheryl was so gracious and attentive. The food was fresh and flavorful. I truly love the atmosphere and prices are so reasonable for the quality and taste. Love The Blue crab restaurant. Always my go to place for fun and food. Thanks
Authentic and the best seafood you could ever ask for!!! The kids' food is even good!! This is my new favorite restaurant!
Went to the Blue Crab with my wife, both enjoyed most everything. The Mojito's weren't the greatest and the combo platter was a bit small but the food tasted great. We would definitely go back every later on down the road.
