Blue Crab has the best Crab Cakes Benedict in NOLA!
I’m sure the restaurant is great as is most of the staff but Brian H made our experience less than acceptable. We walked after drinks and apps when our intention was to have dinner. We waited nearly an hour for our second appetizer, how long would dinner take?
Sundays here are cool to watch the boats going in and out... food was terrible. The fish tacos were 15$ and literally two very small pieces of fish with shredded cabbage thrown on... the crabcake was mostly filler and 20$. Would not go back to eat here...
Ambience very Beautiful, Lake View, Charboiled Oysters, which was my first time eating Delicious 😋 I could definitely see EYISELF going again
Overpriced. Service wasn’t great. Not what I expected!
Sadly one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants has been written off my list! Although the official posted closing time for Friday is 10:00, apparently tonight closing time was prior to 9:35. When we walked up to the hostess stand at 9:35 with no one waiting and open tables in the restaurant, we were told they were closed. When I inquired about their closing time the hostess responded, “well we close at 10:00 but tonight the kitchen got backed up.” #bluecrabrestaurant
