I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter. I believed that just used my appointment to be a teaching lesson for their 6 residents who were present. I went there in hope of new options for therapy for her condition. I was told to keep doing what I am doing. They already knew that couldn't help her situation before the appointment and just choose to use her appointment as an attempt to make more money or possibly humilate us. I frequent this place as a child. My mother has passed on and I have questions. Can someone reach out to me please. I was seen here for epilepsy and ADHD. I'm 37 now so it would have been 30 years ago.
My family has been seeing him for year's. All of a sudden he refused to see us for absolutely no reason. Leaving us without care..
Edited for changes in care: our experience with our last two doctors with epilepsy clinic has been so much better in the last year. Dr. Lee was a wonderful doctor and really listened and addressed the issues we were having previously. Original review: Communication is difficult. I was hoping the long appointment waits and difficulty communicating with staff would get better after things picked up after pandemic but it has since gotten worse.
