I had the BEST experience with Lorena at The Blowout Lab! She was incredibly sweet, so accommodating, and made the whole appointment feel effortless. She worked quickly but with so much care, and she did an absolutely amazing job putting in my clip-in extensions and giving me the perfect blowout with soft, gorgeous waves for my baby shower. I booked a blowout. The place is called blowout lab. The lady curled my hair with a curling iron and when i said no hairspray she hair sprayed my hair anyway and said “i promise it’s a light hold” please respect your customers requests so pushy and do what they want instead of what you ask . Not returning
Came to visit my sister while she was getting her hair done here.. Really unorganized and unprofessional... The whole experience was very mediocre and I wasn't impressed..
First I will say the work provided was nice. I had a blowout, however the person I booked with was a no show. I wish someone would’ve let me know beforehand. Secondly, I was Interested in getting my makeup done so I looked on their site and they advertised 75 dollars. When I went to book it the price was 125.00.
