Can't say I would use this business again. I booked my appt online and selected blowout with flat iron and a 10 min scalp massage add on. You secure your appt with a credit card and you get an estimated total. Having never been to a blowdry bar I was really excited to get a blowout before my trip. I came in hoping to get a simple haircut for my daughter. We walked in at around 7:20 PM, and the sign on the door said the salon was open and that walk-ins were welcome. The website also listed the closing time as 8:00 PM. When we walked in, there were two employees talking. One seemed to walk away as soon as we entered, while the other was sitting in a chair with a towel on her head, as if she was about to receive a service herself. I had an appointment for a wash and blowout with Crystal, and I called the salon ahead of time to let them know I was running late. I specifically asked whether I should still come in to see Crystal or if it would be better to reschedule with another stylist if she was no longer available.
