I originally booked with Lauren, but after coming in, they switched me with some other person and didn’t inform me that Lauren was unavailable. The girl who did my hair put me in excruciating pain as she got the brushes, stuck in my hair and continuously tugged to pull them out. I was extremely unhappy with the service. I started going here a few years back and the experience has always been fine. I always get a Brazilian blowout. I have been getting Brazilian blowouts for 10 years now, so I always know what to expect and basically how the drill goes. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas, so I went in February and I will not be returning and to be honest I would not recommend for anyone to go. I recently started coming here for both hair and makeup. Lauren does such a phenomenal job with hair and it lasts all night. Jen Petruso is an amazing makeup artist! I got home at 2 am one night and everything was still in place. The Blowout Bar is clean and the staff is welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here

I had an appointment with chai gomez. It was such a lovely experience from start to finish I absolutely love my hair. I also find the price to be very reasonable. Chai knew exactly what i wanted and was very fast. Which is much appreciated. Book this place you will LOVE it.
