My same-day order was a big fail and just got worse over the 5 days until delivery! The delivery address was only 3 blocks away but I got an email the next day saying it was out of the range and was being sent to the sister store in Ottawa. Huh? I called and spoke to Nicole who did not take responsibility but was having IT issues and perhaps why the delivery address was logged as my credit card billing address. Very fast but still looks very great
My husband ordered roses for our anniversary. They arrived a day late and were already open. Some had brown patches on them. I called and gave them an opportunity to call me today but they never called. This is now why I am writing this review. If I could leave a zero rating I would!! They look half dead. Like they grabbed them from a funeral home.
