Embarrassed to have sent a gift basket from The Bloom Room to my new in-laws for Christmas. It looked like a grocery haul from the dollar store.
It has been very disappointing. I scheduled the delivery for my mother-in-law one day in advance; it was the first time I was sending her something, and she even knew a surprise would be arriving. No one informed me that the flower shop would be closed. When I saw that nothing had been delivered, I called many times, sent emails, and got no response.
