I left two messages and no one called back. You now want me to call back the same number I already called twice and left my infos??!!.... Your communication skills need improvement. You want to do it right, just reimburse me.
The flower arrangement itself was beautiful and clearly crafted with care, so credit where it’s due. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I had scheduled the delivery for May 5, but it was sent a day early with no notice, and a teddy bear was included instead of the chocolates I had actually ordered. Made a great bouquet for my prom proposal. Great price and great value, the lady at the counter was also very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended!
Disappointing overall. The delivery date for my flowers was the day before my wife's birthday. By 3pm the flowers had not shown up and I called for an update. There was an emergency that put them behind on the deliveries and I was told they would go out after 4pm. Unfortunately, nothing arrived. The one star review is for not delivering on time, not communicating and making promises that weren't kept. They did deliver the flowers the next day and refunded my payment which was unexpected.
