I unfortunately hired this company for my wedding this past March. They are extremely difficult to work with. Do not expect a timely response to any question or concern. If you do hire them then be sure to make sure you get everything you pay for because I didn’t. I requested a refund for florals I paid for but didn’t received, the owner promised to send me a refund and over two months later no refund has been sent. Stephen at The Bloom Room did an absolutely beautiful job on all our wedding flowers, table centerpieces, isle and arch. He was a delight to work with and I highly recommend this company.
We paid in full for our flowers and to reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19. He has never called back or emailed back to any of my attempts of reaching out to him. We spent $3000 in flowers and its all lost. I 100% recommend not to use bloom room.
