I received a flower delivery from this shop for my birthday, and while the arrangement was pretty, the quality was disappointing. Several of the flowers arrived already droopy and looking old. The person who sent them ordered the deluxe version, so I expected fresher stems and better presentation. A balloon was also included, but it wasn’t fully inflated on arrival and fell within two days. They produced a very nice bouquet for Mother's Day and delivered the flowers on time and in great condition.
I placed an order on their website the night before I needed a floral arrangement delivered to my mom’s job for her birthday. I called the next morning just to confirm the order was received and that they’d be able to deliver since the order was placed the previous night. I was informed that the order had been received and assured that they’d deliver by 4pm as the delivery address was a business.
