I received a wonderful bouquet for Valentine’s Day. This establishment is run by some of the most friendly people I have ever met in my entire life. They have wonderful expertise and they are absolutely delightful. Their business is the absolute highlight in Kentville. They should be absolutely proud. I know we left things a bit late, but we needed a last minute Christmas arrangement for a friend of ours. We wanted to say thank you to her. After a not so good customer service experience at another florist in kentville, we found the Bloom Box. And what a difference. The staff were busy, but two of them took time to listen to what we needed and were extremely helpful in getting something ready for us.
