Sadly, I will have to find other places to donate. 3 times in a row I’ve had an appointment and each time it was useless with the most recent donation I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm, I don’t begin donating until 2:15. It’s ironic on their mission statement they have “respect your time”. Didn’t need it, but not once did anyone apologize or acknowledge the delay. Donation is for a good cause just be aware that it’s going to probably take longer than you anticipate.
Cheyenne and other ladys work in here they're so sweet and gentle when put a needle in my arm she talk to u till your done with ur blood donation I'm gonna keep coming here just donation my blood help others who need it
