I’ve donated blood many times for a good cause (O+), and it’s always been a positive experience. However, the last time they came to my workplace, I was unexpectedly turned away. This has never happened before—there were open time slots and available chairs, and in the past that’s never been an issue. I’m used to being welcomed warmly and encouraged to donate, but this time the experience felt very different.
Don't donate here they change their policy and they don't pay out the correct amount they promote
The Blood Connection’s blood drive event coordination team is EXTREMELY unorganized and unreliable. I do not recommend partnering with them for a blood drive. They reached out to me asking if the apartment community I work for would host a blood drive with one of their mobile donation centers. We excitedly agreed to the opportunity to do something impactful and organized a whole event with snack tables sponsored by a vendor, shared the event details to over 400 of our residents in a newsletter, hung up flyers all over the co... read more
I couldn't find any other way to edit this then to just put it in a review to say, this is not a blood collection location! This is just the processing offices, etc. please change the listing so that it shows it is not a collection site but rather executive offices etc
