The staff are always extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience all around every visit. I can tell they legitimately care for their donors.

I am donating with the blood connection, and they are a step above and beyond what the CSRA expects. My whole experience was all around great. The team and facility are professional, courteous, understanding, clean and organized. I have donated whole blood as well as platelets and the procedure and time was as comfortable as possible, and they give great rewards too.
Extremely friendly staff. I struggle with anxiety and agoraphobia (no issues with blood or needles) and even without this knowledge, the staff was very attentive and verbally walked me through the whole process and let me know they'd be nearby if I needed help. Sure enough, I was sitting with my fiance eating a snack afterwards and mentioned to him feeling very slightly lightheaded, and an employee popped away from her computer to check on me.
