I take time out to donate blood to help save lives and they promise to give you gift cards and you cannot get them they either donate the points back to themselves and keep the money to themselves and when you call and ask about it no one can give you the right answers on how to get your money I've talked to a few supervisors Chuck majors and Nelly and it's been a total joke
My name is Rodney Wilson I've been complaining about this company about the reward program and Visa gift cards they take your blood but don't give you your points or your money and when you do try and get it they end up taking your points and you can't get your gift cards that's why the blood connection doesn't have any blood and it's a shortage people are not donating because if you don't have an email you can't get your money
