“Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff is not only skilled but truly passionate about what they do. My stylist took the time to listen to my ideas, offered expert advice, and transformed my hair beyond my expectations. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet energizing, and I felt completely pampered throughout my visit. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a true gem. I’ll definitely be back.
I've had a very frustrating experience with this salon. I’ve tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone. It’s disappointing because I was really looking forward to getting services here, but it's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. It's a shame because I live in the area, but the lack of communication has made me reconsider. How do you actively post on your business instagram and never answer your phone calls? Pathetic. Absolutely lovely ladies. Tayler is the BEST in London for blonde and any colour really. I’m in awe of this gem and cannot believe how great the atmosphere is and the services. 10 stars recommended
