I’ve emailed and also submitted a booking request on their website and no reply. I then sent a follow up a week later asking for a booking since I was really interested in trying their salon- again, no reply. I’m fairly surprised. Not sure if it’s them not wanting me as a client or they’re just unorganized.

Had the best experience! Went in for a full head of highlights with a head of dark brown hair that hadn’t had highlights in 6-8 months and came out with a beautiful bright blonde balayage that felt healthy! 20/10 would recommend. Natalie did a wonderful job and she was so knowledgeable about hair and the blonde process. Haven’t been to a new hairstylist since my teenage years and was feeling nervous to try a new place after my former stylist took a leave of absence — but Natalie delivered wonderful results and I couldn’t be ... read more
