Great experience. Waiter was super polite. Food was delicious. Would recommend!
We got confused for a second about The Block and the Noodle Bar. they're the same ownership, The Block focuses on street foods while the Noodle bar - obviously noodles. food was great - we had spring rolls and fried calamari to start. Then Pho Bo (beef) and pho Ga (Chicken) for our noodles. Delish... Service was awesome as well. it took a while for our noodles to be served but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend.
Listen!!!!! The noodle bar spicy ramen!!!! Top notch!!!! I remember having this Ramen when it was the block. The flavors were flat, lack luster, and plain. NOW…vibrant, flavorful, and bold. It’s definitely hitting the spot. I wasn’t in favor of the service when I entered the door. As I waited the guest behind me were recognized first. HOWEVER, by the end of it all the staff definitely made up for it. I’m appreciative. I can’t wait to actually sit down and enjoy the full experience.
