Mitch came when expected and did an excellent job of installing our new blinds. He was very personable yet professional. I appreciated that he gave us options and asked for feedback. He was even patient with our dog who was determined to get affection from him. I would gladly use his services in the future.

A good install job & product ruined because they did not install the drape rods as paid for. The installer & sales decided my rod choice wrong & hung them on non movable drop hooks. I wanted to to slide right for solar blocking in summer: slide left for atrium effect in winter. A bad curtain placement for either purpose: I cannot move them to Function...Pretty but in the Wrong position for me.
