Do not ever pay this company in full until they supply the product, install & you are absolutely sure you are pleased. We purchased plantation shutters from rep/owner Donna. Thrift store quality & worse installation! Donna came, after we insisted, with the implicit purpose to tell us how wrong we are!! No concern for what we pointed out as deficient! She proposed a possible "fix" & would need to order from the manufacturer. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HER!! Totally unreliable and untruthful! LOW CLASS OPERATION!
