I had a wonderful experience with The Blind Shack in Lakeland. Owner Cesar Santanilla provided excellent service from start to finish. In just 3 weeks, my plantation shutters were installed, and they look absolutely beautiful. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Cesar, and I highly recommend The Blind Shack to anyone looking for quality window treatments and outstanding service.
Caesar and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. The blinds came in as promised. They were installed as promised. They absolutely transformed my room. I'm glad I called the blind shack and will be calling them for any future needs.
We had the best experience with the Blind Shack. We especially appreciated the convenience of them bringing the showroom to us so we could easily pick colors that went with our existing color palette. Cesar was a delight to work with even our cats liked him! They were kind, easy to work with and very hard working. The new blinds are beautiful, of high quality and we think we will enjoy them for years to come.
