This company is a fraudulent agency!!! It does not exist. The name was originally THE BLIND SHACK, the name is currently THE SHUTTER SHACK. The owner is a middle aged White guy that stated that he lives in Lake Park, FL 33404. Chris Dugan, a middle aged Chris Dugan was referred to me and he came to my home twice. On the first visit he took measurements, and came back to bring the paper blinds to hang in my window until my verticals could be installed. Horrible company. Shame on Chris Dugan for taking my $4k deposit & never delivering on the goods. Don’t take my word for it. Google him yourself. He’s done this over and over using different company names. He’s the proverbial leopard that doesn’t change his spots-even after police investigation of him. DO NOT USE THIS LYING MAN!
Don't be fooled. Chris Dugan, owner, no longer runs a reputable company. Read the reviews on BBB. He is taking deposits from customers and not delivering their orders. He took a deposit of $750 from me 6 months ago. If this has happened to you, I highly suggest a search online for what to do. If enough of us file complaints, hopefully the state will investigate and shut him down.
