Ashley is very unprofessional and rude. They double charge my account and then showed no empathy and then did not complete the job. Please stay away from this company. Austin and Johnny on the other hand were very friendly and helpful. If I had to base my score off of Ashley I would give them a "0".
This is my second time working with Brandy B. and I had a second great experience. She is very patient, helpful, and provides great advice. The first time I ordered roller shades from her; just recently I ordered wooden blinds from her. I enjoy her friendliness and compassion for her job. I highly recommend her to anyone else.
Colton was pleasant, courteous and professional. Had some difficulties with our original order. He handled that situation professionally and installation was well done.
Heather was great with the pricing. Johnny and Coleton did a good job on the install. Very pleased.
